I totally agree.  There is so much going on right now.  Monroe County has completely mismanaged the wastewater projects.  Now they want to dive into a railroad project?  It’s a needless distraction and just another money-waster.

Monroe County government is definitely not ready for another huge infrastructure project.  First, they need to figure out how to build a capital project without going way over budget.  Second, they need to come up with fair funding policies.
