I was finally able to get a version of Resolution 158-2015 (second amendment to the development agreement) that I could bookmark.  Attached to that was another right-of-way abandonment request (Resolution 115-2015).  Updated document tracker can be found here.  (Still need to add links to Res. 115-2015.)

I updated the detailed map of the Oceanside site to show both of the abandoned right-of-ways.
